Lemon Caper Deviled Eggs


[Ingredients]

  • 6 eggs - boiled, peeled and halved

  • 2 1/2tbsp mayonnaise

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/2tsp minced capers

  • 2tsp minced parsley

  • 1/8tsp salt

[Steps]

  1. Scoop yolks out of egg halves. Mash and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Place mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe back into the egg yolks.

  3. Serve immediately or chill covered until ready to serve.
