[Ingredients]
6 eggs - boiled, peeled and halved
1tbsp mayonnaise/ranch/Greek yogurt
2tbsp buffalo wing hot sauce + extra for garnish
1/4 cup chicken - finely shredded/chopped
2tbsp carrot - chopped + extra for garnish (cut into sticks)
2tbsp celery - chopped + extra for garnish (cut into sticks)
1tbsp onion - chopped
2tbsp blue cheese - finely crumbled + extra for garnish
Chopped parsley - for garnish
[Steps]
Scoop yolks out of egg halves. Mash and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Place mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe back into the egg yolks.
Sprinkle cheese and parsley over yolk mixture, drizzle hot sauce over.
Serve garnished with carrot and celery sticks.
