[Ingredients]
1 peeled potato
30g finely sliced yellow onion
20g butter
1tbsp oil
Finely chopped parsley
[Steps]
Cut potato into slices of thickness of 0.3cm. Boil until cooked, drain.
Melt half the butter in a pan with oil over low heat. Add in onions and slowly cook until caramelised - soft, sweet and slightly browned.
Melt remaining butter in a frying pan and saute potato until browned.
Serve potato slices with caramelised onion and garnished with parsley.
*parsley must be chopped, washed and squeezed dry to remove the bitterness in it.
