Croquette Potato

[Ingredients]

  • 1 portion of mashed potato

  • 50g flour

  • 1 egg - beaten

  • 100g breadcrumbs

  • Oil - for deep frying

[Steps]

  1. Shape mashed potato into cylindrical shapes of 7cm in length and 3cm in width.

  2. Coat with flour, followed by egg and lastly breadcrumbs.

  3. Deep fry until golden brown then drain on kitchen towels.
