[Ingredients]
3 cup baby spinach
3 cup romaine lettuce - torned
10 slices bacon - crisp cooked and crumbled
2 cup ripe strawberries - washed and quartered
2 ripe avocados - sliced
1/4 cup sliced almond
[Dressing]
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2tbsp white vinegar
1tbsp sugar
1tsp poppy seeds
Salt and pepper
[Steps]
Toss spinach and lettuce together and place on a serving plate, topped with strawberries, avocado, almonds and bacon.
Whisk dressing ingredients together and drizzle over salad. Serve immediately.
