Potato Wedges

[Ingredients]

  • 2 large potato

  • 1.5tsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Parsley flakes

[Steps]

  1. Cut potato into wedges and blanch.

  2. Coat potato with olive oil, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.

  3. Place potato on a baking tray and bake in preheated oven of 190degC for 25-30mins, or until golden brown.
