Potato Wedges

[Ingredients]
2 large potato
1.5tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Parsley flakes
[Steps]
Cut potato into wedges and blanch.
Coat potato with olive oil, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
Place potato on a baking tray and bake in preheated oven of 190degC for 25-30mins, or until golden brown.
