[Ingredients]
1tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove - chopped
Cooking spray
1 potato - russet/yukon gold, washed and dried
Salt and pepper
2tsp grated parmesan
Fresh parsley - chopped
[Steps]
Combine oil and garlic in a bowl.
Preheat oven 220degC. Lightly coat a baking tray with cooking spray.
Cut potato into 1/4" slices, then into 1/4" sticks.
Toss with oil and garlic till evenly coated. Spread evenly on baking tray in a single layer.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for about 10mins until tender crisp and golden brown.
Remove from oven and top with parmesan and parsley.
