Garlic Parmesan Fries


[Ingredients]

  • 1tsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove - chopped

  • Cooking spray

  • 1 potato - russet/yukon gold, washed and dried

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2tsp grated parmesan

  • Fresh parsley - chopped

[Steps]

  1. Combine oil and garlic in a bowl.

  2. Preheat oven 220degC. Lightly coat a baking tray with cooking spray.

  3. Cut potato into 1/4" slices, then into 1/4" sticks.

  4. Toss with oil and garlic till evenly coated. Spread evenly on baking tray in a single layer.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Bake for about 10mins until tender crisp and golden brown.

  7. Remove from oven and top with parmesan and parsley.
