[Ingredients]
2tsp olive oil
1 chopped medium onion
1/2 cup chopped green capsicum
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cloves minced garlic
14oz canned tomato, diced
8oz tomato sauce
1/4tsp cayenne pepper
1/4tsp cajun seasoning
1 bay leaf
1tbsp all-purpose flour/1tsp corn starch
2tbsp water
1lb peeled and deveined large shrimp
2tsp worcesterchire sauce
2tsp hot sauce
1 sliced medium spring onion
2tbsp chopped parsley

[Steps]
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in onion, capsicum, garlic and celery. Saute until tender.
Add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, cayenne pepper, cajun and bay leaf, bring to boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 20-30mins.
Mix water and flour/starch together and stir into tomato mixture. Continue cooking for 5mins.
Lightly season shrimps with cajun and add into tomato mixture. Add worcesterchire and hot sauce, stir well.
Cook for 5-6mins or until shrimp is opaque and cooked thru. Add in salt if needed.
Sprinkle spring onion and parsley over. Serve.
