[Ingredients]
680g (8) skinless chicken drumsticks
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp ground ginger
2tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp apple cider vinegar
1tsp sriracha
[Glaze]
3tbsp sweet red chilli sauce
1tbsp honey
1-2tsp sriracha
Fresh chives - chopped
[Steps]
Season drumsticks with salt and pepper.
Place chicken in a large ziploc bag or container with soy sauce, vinegar and sriracha. Marinade overnight.
Preheat grill over medium heat.
Glaze: Mix chilli sauce, honey and sriracha together in a small bowl. Set aside.
Lightly coat grill with cooking spray and cook chicken for 25mins, turning every 5mins.
Brush glaze all over chicken and remove from grill. Serve garnish topped with chives.
