[Ingredients]
1 whole spring chicken (800g)
30ml oil
1tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper
1 thickly sliced yellow onion
[Steps]
Preheat oven 200degC.
Wash chicken, pat dry. Truss chicken.
In a mixing bowl, add in oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well. Rub marinade all over chicken and pan-fry chicken until browned.
Line onions on baking pan and sit chicken on it. Roast for 45mins or until chicken is cooked - there should not be any blood oozing out when poked.
