[Ingredients]
1 pound chicken thigh
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1tbsp sugar
1tsp cooking oil
[Steps]
Add oil to a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook for 3mins.
Turn the chicken over and cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 2mins.
Remove the lid and add in teriyaki sauce and sugar. When the sauce starts to bubble, reduce the heat to low and cook for another 3mins. Slice and serve.
