Honey Chicken Wings

[Ingredients]

  • 1kg chicken wings

  • 2tbsp oyster sauce

  • 2tbsp honey

  • 2tbsp rice wine

  • 2tbsp soy sauce

  • 1tbsp black soy sauce

  • 1tsp sesame oil

  • 1tsp black pepper

  • 1/4tsp salt

[Steps]

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and marinate chicken in the fridge for 6hrs or overnight.

  2. Cook over hot charcoal, under a broiler or in a preheated oven 22odegC for 10 to 20mins, until chicken is cooked and golden brown.

  3. Serve with calamansi wedges and chili sauce.
