[Ingredients]
1kg chicken wings
2tbsp oyster sauce
2tbsp honey
2tbsp rice wine
2tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp black soy sauce
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp black pepper
1/4tsp salt
[Steps]
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and marinate chicken in the fridge for 6hrs or overnight.
Cook over hot charcoal, under a broiler or in a preheated oven 22odegC for 10 to 20mins, until chicken is cooked and golden brown.
Serve with calamansi wedges and chili sauce.
