[Ingredients]
200g chicken - cut into pieces
1tbsp dark soy sauce
1tbsp sesame oil + extra
1tbsp hua diao wine
3 garlic cloves - peeled, chopped
Handful of basil leaves
Cornstarch + water
[Steps]
Mix chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil and hua diao wine together. Chill for 30mins.
Heat up some sesame oil in pan, stir-fry garlic till fragrant.
Add in chicken and stir-fry for a few mins till cooked.
Gradually mix in cornstarch solution and keep stirring till liquid thickens.
Lastly, add in basil leaves and give it a quick toss.
