[Ingredients]
1 small yellow onion - peeled and sliced
3 garlic cloves - peeled and chopped
250g shabu shabu-cut beef slices
1/2 pkt shimeiji mushrooms - roots removed
1tbsp olive oil
Steamed rice
[Seasoning A]
1tsp mirin
1tsp light soy sauce
[Seasoning B]
1tbsp mirin
1/2tsp sugar
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tsp dark soy sauce
[Steps]
Saute onion with olive oil over low heat till slightly soften. Add in seasoning A.
Mix well and add in garlic and mushrooms, saute for another minute.
Add in beef and seasoning B, saute till beef is just cooked through.
Remove from heat and serve over steamed rice.
