Stir-fry Vermicelli


[Ingredients]

  • 2pc dried vermicelli (tang hoon)

  • 150g cabbage - sliced

  • 4 shiitake mushroom - soaked, sliced

  • 3 garlic cloves - peeled, chopped

  • 1tbsp dried shrimp - soaked

  • 100ml water


[Seasoning]

  • 1tbsp oyster sauce

  • 2tsp light soy sauce

  • 1/2tsp sugar

[Steps]

  1. In a pot, heat 1tbsp cooking oil over medium-low heat. Add in garlic and dried shrimp and stir-fry till fragrant.

  2. Add in mushroom and cabbage and stir-fry till slightly wilted.

  3. Add in remaining ingredients, mix well, and let simmer for 4-5mins.
