Stir-fry Tomato Eggs



[Ingredients]

  • 1 bowl of cooked rice

  • 2 large eggs - beaten

  • 2 tomatoes - cut into pcs

  • 0.5 tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 0.5 tsp chicken powder

  • 0.5 tsp sugar

  • 0.5 tsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp cooking cream


[Steps]

  1. In a heated pan with some oil, stir-fry garlic till fragrant.

  2. And in tomatoes and cook till they are soft. Then, add in ketchup and mix well.

  3. Followed by chicken powder, sugar and paprika.

  4. Add in eggs and cream. Gently stir it till it is almost cooked. Serve with rice.
