[Ingredients]
300g pork loin - julienned
1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
0.5 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
100g Sichuan fermented veg - soaked for 15mins, julienned
0.5 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp shaoxing wine
80g green capsicum - julienned
1 red chilli - julienned
[Steps]
Mix pork with oyster sauce, water, starch and oil. Let marinate for 10mins.
In a wok, stir-fry garlic till fragrant.
Add in pork and mix well. Followed by Sichuan veg, fish sauce and wine. Stir-fry till fragrant.
Add in capsicum, mix well, followed by chilli.
