Stir-fry Pork with Sichuan Veg

[Ingredients]

  • 300g pork loin - julienned

  • 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 0.5 tbsp cooking oil

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 100g Sichuan fermented veg - soaked for 15mins, julienned

  • 0.5 tbsp fish sauce

  • 3 tbsp shaoxing wine

  • 80g green capsicum - julienned

  • 1 red chilli - julienned


[Steps]

  1. Mix pork with oyster sauce, water, starch and oil. Let marinate for 10mins.

  2. In a wok, stir-fry garlic till fragrant.

  3. Add in pork and mix well. Followed by Sichuan veg, fish sauce and wine. Stir-fry till fragrant.

  4. Add in capsicum, mix well, followed by chilli.
