[Ingredients]
380g pork shoulder - thinly sliced
30g ginger - peeled and julienned
1 tbsp minced garlic
75g shimeiji mushroom - trimmed
75g oyster mushroom
3 tbsp sesame oil
Cornstarch solution - 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp mushroom seasoning
0.5 tsp sugar
3 tbsp shaoxing wine
[Steps]
Heat up sesame oil and stir-fry ginger till fragrant.
Push it aside and add in garlic, stir-fry till fragrant. Followed by pork and mushrooms.
Then, add in soy sauce, mushroom seasoning, sugar and wine. Mix well.
Lastly, add in cornstarch solution and mix well till liquid thickens.
