[Ingredients]
- 3tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 7 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 3 chilli padi, sliced
- 450g ground pork
- 1tsp sugar
- 1tbsp fish sauce
- 1tbsp light soy sauce
- 2tsp dark soy sauce
- 2tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup basil leaves, sliced
[Steps]
1. In a pan, add in oil, followed by garlic, shallot and chilli padi. Stir-fry till fragrant.
2. Add in pork and stir well.
3. When pork is cooked, add in sugar, fish sauce, light and day soy sauce, stir well. Followed by water.
4. Allow to simmer, then add in basil and stir well.
