[Ingredients]
1pkt french beans
3 garlic cloves - peeled, chopped
1/2 carrot - peeled, julienned
200g roast pork - cut into slices
1tbsp dried shrimp - soaked, roughly chopped, reserve soaking water
1/2pkt shimeiji mushrooms - trimmed
1/2tsp salt
1/3tsp chicken powder
1/2tsp sugar
1tbsp shallot oil
[Steps]
Saute garlic in shallot oil till fragrant.
Add in roast pork and saute for a few mins.
Add in carrot, french beans and salt, and cook for a few mins.
Add in dried shrimp, soaking water, chicken powder and sugar. Mix well and let simmer covered for 1min.
