Sambal Prawns

[Ingredients]
- 20g large tiger prawns 
- 1/3 cup oil 
- 2tbsp tomato ketchup 
- 1tbsp sugar 
- 1/2tsp salt 
[Sambal Paste]
- 8 red chilli 
- 10 shallot - peeled 
- 2 lemongrass - sliced 
- 8 cloves garlic - peeled 
- 20g belacan 
- 2tbsp assam paste 
[Steps]
- Add sambal paste ingredients into a blender and blend into a smooth paste. 
- In a heated pan, add in oil and sambal paste. Stir fry till fragrant. 
- Add in ketchup, sugar and salt. Mix well. 
- Lastly, add in prawns and cook till they turned red.
