[Ingredients]
20g large tiger prawns
1/3 cup oil
2tbsp tomato ketchup
1tbsp sugar
1/2tsp salt
[Sambal Paste]
8 red chilli
10 shallot - peeled
2 lemongrass - sliced
8 cloves garlic - peeled
20g belacan
2tbsp assam paste
[Steps]
Add sambal paste ingredients into a blender and blend into a smooth paste.
In a heated pan, add in oil and sambal paste. Stir fry till fragrant.
Add in ketchup, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Lastly, add in prawns and cook till they turned red.
