Pandan Roti Jala


[Ingredients] - 150g plain flour

- 200ml coconut milk

- 100ml pandan extract (5 pandan leaves blend with 100ml water)

- 1/2tsp salt

- 1tsp sugar

- 2 eggs


[Steps] 1. Blend pandan leaves with water, then sieve the mixture.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together and whisk till smooth.

3. Pour mixture into a squeeze bottle.

4. Preheat a non-stick frying pan with a thin layer of oil over low heat. Squeeze the batter in random circles onto the pan.

5. It takes about 2-3mins for the crepe to cook. When cooked, fold it into a triangle. Repeat till batter is used up.
