[Ingredients]
1pc (600g) old cucumber - cut into big chunks
1 corn - cleaned, cut into sections
500g spare ribs
1pc chicken carcass
40g dried scallops - soaked till soft
18g goji berries
15g red dates
6g north and south almonds
2pcs dried cuttlefish
2L water
Salt
[Steps]
Blanch pork ribs and chicken bones, then rinse and drain it, set aside.
In a soup pot, add in all the ingredients and let boil covered for 0.5hr, then let simmer for 1.5hrs.
Season with salt and serve.
