Serving: 3 sandwiches
[Ingredients]
6 slices sourdough - spread butter on one side
100g shredded mozzarella
50g sliced gruyere
2pkts brown mushroom - sliced
1 large yellow onion - peeled and sliced
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
[Steps]
In a pan over medium heat with 1tbsp cooking oil, add in onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Stir-fry till onions are soft and mushrooms has released its liquid.
Add in vinegar and let simmer for 5-6mins.
In a clean pan, add in bread slices and add on both the cheese and the mushroom mixture, making into sandwiches. Lightly toast sandwiches on both sides and till cheese has melted.
