[Ingredients]
2 tbsp miso
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp XO sauce
40g butter
100g choice of mushroom
170g spaghetti
Grated parmesan
Seaweed / nori strips
[Steps]
Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook pasta according to packaging instruction.
In a pan over medium-low heat, add in butter. When melted, add in mushrooms and cook it for 2-3mins.
Add in miso, water and XO sauce, mix well.
Add in pasta, a small ladle of pasta water and parmesan, mix well till sauce is smooth and creamy, and pasta is well coated.
Serve garnish with nori strips.
