[Ingredients]
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 tbsp lao gan ma
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
4 garlic cloves - peeled and sliced
4 stalks coriander - chopped
170g spaghetti
Salt and pepper
[Steps]
Bring a pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to packaging instruction.
In a pan over medium-low heat, add in oil and garlic, saute till lightly browned.
Add in wine and lao gan ma, mix well.
Add in cooked pasta and a small ladle of pasta water. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
