[Ingredients]
2 chicken legs, cut into pieces and blanched
2 old ginger slices
5-6 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
4pcs yuzhu
4-5pcs danggui
4 red dates
5-6pcs dried longan
2tbsp goji berries
[Seasoning]
Salt
Sugar
Light soy sauce
[Steps]
In a soup pot, add in all the ingredients with 600-750ml water. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 40-45mins till chicken is tender.
Add in seasoning to your liking and mix well.
