[Ingredients]
900g chicken wings
[Sauce]
5tbsp butter
3tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp honey
2tbsp cajun seasoning
1tbsp louisiana hot sauce
2tbsp chicken stock
1/2tbsp tony’s creole seasoning
[Coating]
85g cornstarch
1tbsp paprika
1tbsp onion powder
1tbsp garlic powder
1/2tbsp salt
[Steps]
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add in remaining ingredients, whisk well and bring to a boil. Set aside.
Mix coating ingredients together. Coat chicken with it and deep-fry till golden brown.
Mix fried chicken and prepared sauce together, and you are done.
