[Ingredients]
4 firm beancurd (tau kwa), sliced half diagonally, dig out a space on the cut side
4 prawns, peeled, deveined and chopped
120g minced meat
1tsp grated garlic
1tsp grated ginger
1tsp light soy sauce
1tsp white pepper
1tbsp shallot / sesame oil
1/2tsp chicken powder
[Mushroom Sauce]
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Chinese mushroom, soaked and chopped
Some chopped scallion - garnish
[Steps]
Mix filling ingredients together and divide into 8 portions. Stuff into prepared beancurd.
Pan fry beancurd till browned on all sides. Plate.
Stir fry garlic and mushrooms till fragrant. Pour over stuffed beancurd and sprinkle scallions over.
