Flourless Banana Pancake


[Ingredients]

  • 30g rolled oats, uncooked

  • 10g peanut butter

  • 5g butter

  • 2 eggs (about 100g)

  • 1 banana (about 125g), peeled and sliced

  • 50g applesauce

  • Pinch of cinnamon


[Steps]

  1. Add banana, eggs and oats into a blender and blend till smooth.

  2. Heat up butter in pan over low heat and pour batter in forming pancakes. Allow to cook for about 3mins on each side.

  3. Repeat steps for remaining batter.

  4. Topped pancake stack with peanut butter, applesauce and cinnamon.
