[Ingredients]
500g soft bone pork ribs
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp fermented black bean - slightly soaked and drained
1pc chilli padi - deseeded and sliced
Chopped scallions - garnish
[Steps]
In a mixing bowl, add in ribs, soy sauce, fish sauce, wine, starch and sugar. Mix well, then, mix in sesame oil. Let marinate chilled for 30mins.
In a wok, stir-fry garlic, black bean and chilli till fragrant.
Add in ribs and stir-fry.
Transfer ribs to a steaming dish and steam it for 15-20mins.
Garnish with chopped scallions.
