Dim Sum-Style Pork Ribs



Serving: 3-4pax


[Ingredients]

  • 500g soft bone pork ribs

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp fish sauce

  • 2 tbsp shaoxing wine

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp fermented black bean - slightly soaked and drained

  • 1pc chilli padi - deseeded and sliced

  • Chopped scallions - garnish


[Steps]

  1. In a mixing bowl, add in ribs, soy sauce, fish sauce, wine, starch and sugar. Mix well, then, mix in sesame oil. Let marinate chilled for 30mins.

  2. In a wok, stir-fry garlic, black bean and chilli till fragrant.

  3. Add in ribs and stir-fry.

  4. Transfer ribs to a steaming dish and steam it for 15-20mins.

  5. Garnish with chopped scallions.
