[Ingredients]
30g sesame seeds - alternative: sunflower seeds
175g pineapple, cubed - alternative: pear
150g cooked chicken breast, cubed
1tbsp coconut oil (about 20g) - alternative: cold pressed canola oil
1 zucchini, cubed (about 200g) - alternative: broccoli
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp chopped basil
Pinch of salt and black pepper
[Steps]
Heat up a skillet on medium-low heat. Melt coconut oil and add in zucchini and pineapple. Sti-fry for 5mins.
Transfer to a medium-sized bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
