[Chicken]
- 200g chicken thigh, sliced into strips
- 1tsp Knorr SavorRich concentrated seasoning
- 2tsp light soy sauce
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1tsp corn starch
- Pepper
[Ingredients]
- 200g Ee Fu noodles
- 2tbsp cooking oil
- 2 stalks of leeks - separate white and green parts, slice diagonally
- 100g brown shimeji mushrooms
- 2tbsp Knorr SavorRich concentrated seasoning
- 50ml water
- 1tsp dark soy sauce
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1tbsp Chinese cooking wine
[Steps]
1. Chicken: Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Set aside to marinate.
2. Blanch noodles till loose. Strain and set aside.
3. In a pan, add in cooking oil. Followed by leeks - white parts, stir-fry till fragrant.
4. Add in chicken and stir-fry. When chicken is almost cooked, add in mushrooms and mix well, then noodles.
5. Add in Knorr SavorRich, water and dark soy sauce. Mix well and allow the noodles to absorb the liquid.
6. Add in sesame oil and cooking wine, followed by leeks - green parts, mix well.
