[Ingredients]
500g pork ribs - rinsed, pat dry
1 1/2tbsp gula melaka
1/3 cup stock
[Marinade]
2tsp fermented glutinous red rice
2 cubes chilli fermented beancurd
1tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp dark soy sauce
1tbsp rice wine
1tbsp sugar
1tsp five spice powder
[Steps]
Combine marinade ingredients and ribs together. Leave to marinate at least 4hrs.
Place ribs and marinade in a pressure cooker at cook at mode 60 for 30-35mins.
Remove ribs from the pot. Add in gula melaka and stock, and cook over heat till the liquid thickens.
Drizzle the sauce over the ribs.
