[Ingredients]
400g pork ribs - rinsed and scored
1 yellow onion - peeled and sliced
4-5 garlic cloves - peeled smashed
200ml stock
2 tau kwa - sliced and pan-fried
1.5tbsp dark soy sauce
[Marinade]
1tbsp chopped ginger
1tbsp chopped garlic
1tbsp sesame oil
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp balsamic vinegar
1tsp sugar
[Steps]
Mix ribs and marinade ingredients together, let marinate 2hrs.
Saute onion and garlic till fragrant and onions are soft.
Add in ribs and cook for a few mins.
Add in remaining ingredients, mix well and bring to a simmer.
Pressure cook at pressure 70 for 35mins. Ribs should be ready it is falling-off-the-bone tender and liquid has reduced into a gravy.
