[Ingredients] - 2 large chicken legs, chopped and blanched
- 4 ginger slices
- 1pkt black fungus, soaked and cut into smaller pieces
- 1tbsp black peppercorn, smashed
- 1pkt fish maw, soaked and sliced
- 1 cilantro root - Salt and pepper
[Steps] 1. In a large soup pot, add in chicken, ginger, peppercorn, cilantro root and black fungus. Add enough water to cover everything and bring to a simmer.
2. Let simmer for 1hr, then add in fish maw and let simmer for another 1hr.
3. Adjust seasoning with some salt and pepper.
