[Ingredients]
2 slices wholemeal bread (about 75g) - alternative: wholemeal tortilla
1.5tsp coconut oil (about 10g) - alternative: butter
50g sliced cheddar - alternative: mozzarella
1 red apple (about 150g) - alternative: pear
Optional: 0.5tsp mustard (about 5g)
[Steps]
Heat pan to medium-high, add oil.
Rinse apple and slice into thin slices.
Spread mustard on bread then add cheese and apple slices. Place the other slice of bread over, making into a sandwich.
Place sandwich in pan and cook both sides till cheese has melted.
