[Ingredients]
500g cooked rice
300g shrimp, peeled and deveined
20g minced garlic
15g scallions, chopped
3 eggs
1tbsp light soy sauce
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
1/2tsp chicken stock powder
3 & 1/2tbsp oil
[Steps]
Heat pan with 1tbsp of oil and cook prawns till 70% cooked. Set aside.
Clean pan. Heat with 2tbsp of oil. Crack eggs in and cook scrambled style. Push them to the side of the pan.
Add in 1/2tbsp of oil and garlic, stir-fry till fragrant.
Mix in eggs and add in rice, mix well.
Add in seasoning ingredients and prawns, mix well.
Add in scallions and mix well.
