[Ingredients]
600g chicken, cut into serving pieces
80ml Huiji Waist Tonic
3tbsp sesame oil
60g ginger, peeled and julienned
1/2tsp dark soy sauce
3tbsp light soy sauce
2tsp oyster sauce
1/4tsp pepper
10g rock sugar
100ml water
1 stalk scallions, chopped
[Steps]
In a bowl, add in light soy sauce, 1/2tbsp sesame oil, pepper and 30ml Huiji Waist Tonic. Mix well and marinate for 15mins.
In a claypot, add in 2.5tbsp sesame oil and ginger, stir-fry till fragrant, followed by chicken, stir-fry for 2mins.
Add in remaining ingredients, except for waist tonic and scallions. Cook covered for 15mins.
Add in remaining waist tonic, mix well, and served sprinkled with scallions.
