[Ingredients]
500ml Nutriwell Snow Pear and Red Dates
1tbsp dried ssmanthus flowers
1-2tbsp Goji berries
24g instant jelly powder
Jelly mould
[Steps]
Boil Nutriwell, then add in osmanthus and simmer for 5mins.
Once boiled, add in jelly powder and stir till dissolved.
Add in Goji berries and stir well.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Pour mixture into jelly mould and chill for 3hrs.
