[Ingredients]
400g King oyster mushrooms, sliced
3tbsp Lee Kum Kee vegetarian oyster flavoured sauce
1tbsp Lee Kum Kee premium light soy sauce
1tbsp Lee Kum Kee sesame oil
1tbsp honey
1tbsp water
2tbsp oil
Chopped scallions - garnish
[Steps]
In a small bowl, add in all the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
Heat a grill pan with oil and grill mushrooms on medium heat for 1min on each side.
Brush mushrooms with sauce on both sides and grill for another 1-2mins on each side.
Serve garnish with scallions.
