Grilled King Oyster Mushroom In Oyster Sauce

[Ingredients]

  • 400g King oyster mushrooms, sliced

  • 3tbsp Lee Kum Kee vegetarian oyster flavoured sauce

  • 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee premium light soy sauce

  • 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee sesame oil

  • 1tbsp honey

  • 1tbsp water

  • 2tbsp oil

  • Chopped scallions - garnish

[Steps]

  1. In a small bowl, add in all the seasoning ingredients and mix well.

  2. Heat a grill pan with oil and grill mushrooms on medium heat for 1min on each side.

  3. Brush mushrooms with sauce on both sides and grill for another 1-2mins on each side.

  4. Serve garnish with scallions.
