[Ingredients]
2 bottles Brands Essence of Chicken with Cordyceps
1 black chicken
8 large dried scallops
2 Korean ginseng
2 slices huai shan
15g Goji berries
Salt
[Steps]
Blanch black chicken with 5mins. Transfer to a double boiler.
Add in scallops, ginseng, huai shan, Goji berries and add water enough to cover the chicken. Double boil for 4hrs.
Add in Essence of Chicken and season with salt.
