Spicy Mayo Poke Bowl


[Ingredients]

  • Cooked sushi rice

  • 500g salmon sashimi, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 3 stalks scallions, chopped

  • 2 avocadoes, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • Roasted white sesame seeds

  • Roasted black sesame seeds

  • Chopped seaweed flakes

  • Lemon

[Spicy Mayo Sauce]

  • 2tbsp Japanese mayonnaise

  • 1tbsp Sriracha sauce

  • 1/2tbsp sambal

  • 1 & 1/2tbsp light soy sauce

  • Dash of Togarashi powder

[Steps]

  1. Mix spicy mayo sauce ingredients together.

  2. Add in salmon cubes and some scallions, mix well and chill for 10mins.

  3. Spoon salmon over a bowl of rice. Add on avocado and sprinkle on seaweed, white and black sesame seeds.

  4. Grate lemon zest over salmon and add on extra scallions.
