[Ingredients]
Cooked sushi rice
500g salmon sashimi, cut into bite-sized cubes
3 stalks scallions, chopped
2 avocadoes, cut into bite-sized cubes
Roasted white sesame seeds
Roasted black sesame seeds
Chopped seaweed flakes
Lemon
[Spicy Mayo Sauce]
2tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
1tbsp Sriracha sauce
1/2tbsp sambal
1 & 1/2tbsp light soy sauce
Dash of Togarashi powder
[Steps]
Mix spicy mayo sauce ingredients together.
Add in salmon cubes and some scallions, mix well and chill for 10mins.
Spoon salmon over a bowl of rice. Add on avocado and sprinkle on seaweed, white and black sesame seeds.
Grate lemon zest over salmon and add on extra scallions.
