[Ingredients]
Egg fried rice
2 125g pork chop of 1cm thickness
3tbsp light soy sauce
2tbsp Hua Diao Jiu
1/2tbsp sugar
2tsp garlic powder
1tsp five spice powder
1/2tsp white pepper powder
1/2tsp baking soda
4tbsp cornstarch
2tsp ginger juice
Oil for deep frying
[Steps]
In a bowl, add in all the seasoning and mix well.
Make a few small slits at the edge of the pork chop to prevent it from curling.
Using a fork, poke holes all around the pork to tenderise it.
Coat pork chops with the marinade, then let marinade covered for at least 30mins.
Heat oil over medium heat and deep fry pork chops till golden brown.
Remove from oil and allow to rest on a wire rack.
Slice it into serving slices and serve over fried rice.
