[Ingredients]
4 eggs
110g sugar
110g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
40g melted butter
250g cream cheese cubes (24pcs Laughing Cow cheese cubes)
Kueh Bahulu pan
Vegetable oil
[Steps]
Brush pan with oil and preheat it in oven at 200degC for 10mins.
Separate egg whites and yolks.
Whisk egg whites till frothy. Then gradually whisk in sugar.
Continue to whisk till medium peaks. Then, add in yolks.
Sift flour and baking powder into egg mixture, and fold it in.
Add in melted butter and fold it in.
Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe into preheated kueh pan till 3/4 full.
Add in cheese cube and push it in slightly. Pipe more batter over to cover the cheese.
Bake at 200degC for 8-10mins.
Remove kueh from pan using skewers.
