[Ingredients]
1 1kg chicken, cut into pieces
10 large dried scallops, soaked in hot water for 15mins
10 cloves black garlic, peeled
20g dried lily flowers
20g Goji berries
4 red dates
15g huai shan
25g dang shen
2L water
Salt
[Steps]
Blanch chicken parts for 2mins. Then add into a soup pot.
Add in remaining ingredients, except for salt, as well as scallop soaking water. Bring to a boil.
Add salt to taste. Let simmer covered for 2hrs.
