[Ingredients]
500g minced chicken
2tsp finely chopped kaffir lime leaves
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2tbsp finely grated ginger
80ml oyster sauce
1tbsp peanut oil
125ml water
Toasted sesame seeds
[Steps]
Place chicken, kaffir, panko, ginger and half the amount of oyster sauce into a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls.
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over high heat.
Add in meatballs and cook, turning, for 6-8mins until golden brown.
Add in water and remaining oyster sauce and cook for another 2-3mins until slightly reduced and sticky.
Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
