[Ingredients]
2tsp olive oil
2tsp chopped garlic
2tbsp + 2tsp (40ml) white wine
40g ham - sliced
100ml cream
50g parmesan cheese + extra for garnishing
1 egg yolk
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1 serving of pasta - cooked al dente and coated lightly in olive oil
[Steps]
Sweat garlic. Add in ham, mix well and set aside.
Reduce wine. Add in cream, salt and pepper, stir well. Followed by pasta and yolk. Add in some water if mixture is too dry.
Mix in parmesan and transfer pasta to a serving dish. Serve garnished with parmesan.
