[Ingredients]
16 large prawns - peeled with tails intact, deveined
sea salt and cracked black pepper
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic - thinly sliced
1 red chilli - thinly sliced
6 sprigs of thyme
[Steps]
Thread prawns onto short skewers and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over high heat.
Add in garlic, chilli and prawn skewers and cook, turning, for 4-5mins or until golden and just cooked thru.
Add in thyme and cook for another 1min.
