Chilli Garlic Prawns


[Ingredients]

  • 16 large prawns - peeled with tails intact, deveined

  • sea salt and cracked black pepper

  • 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic - thinly sliced

  • 1 red chilli - thinly sliced

  • 6 sprigs of thyme

[Steps]

  1. Thread prawns onto short skewers and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over high heat.

  3. Add in garlic, chilli and prawn skewers and cook, turning, for 4-5mins or until golden and just cooked thru.

  4. Add in thyme and cook for another 1min.
