[Ingredients]
Zest of 2 oranges
150ml light rapeseed oil
50ml light olive oil
[Steps]
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2mins.
Pour into a jug and let infuse for 24hrs.
Strain oil through 2 layers of cheese cloth, discard pulp.
Keep dressing chilled in a sealed jar and use within a month.
